Since 2019, we have supported four organizations in assessing operations, engaging stakeholders, and planning for improvement. Here’s our approach:

• • Use research-based tools to gather data about current operations. We’ve used the Program Administration Scale (for ECE centers) and the Organizational Health Assessment for nonprofits. 

• • Engage stakeholders to understand the organization’s strengths and growth areas through surveys, focus groups, and/or interviews. 

• • Share findings and recommended priorities. 

Oftentimes, executives are craving ongoing support for implementing change. Advancing Communities for Equity creates time-bound plans to help leaders map out goals and a pathway to achieve them. 

We have supported a range of clients from Tulane University, Temple Preschool, The Lens, and Hoffman Early Learning Center in creating a road map for improvement.
