ACE Consulting won the New Orleans Redevelopment Authority’s Request for Proposal process to provide technical assistance to child care providers who are building or expanding their businesses. Our team of seven is providing guidance and support in the following areas to as many as 115 providers:

• Business plan development
• Budget planning
• Marketing strategies
• Organizational planning
• Overall readiness

This project includes partnering with architects, engineers, and design groups in the improvement of the physical environments that children and early educators experience each day.
